If you notice an error on your delivery address, especially if in relation to your postal code, please get in touch as soon as possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders received before midday (GMT) on the same day, but this is not always possible, especially on days where we are experiencing high volumes of orders, or dates close to public holidays.
We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for our deliveries. You can choose the level of service you require at checkout. Please note that not all countries are covered by the same level of delivery service and that the service provider will be partners chosen by both Royal Mail and Parcel Force within the destination countries. You can use this map to find out what level of service is available at destination.
