ORDER ERRORS
In an idea world there would be no errors, but we are all human and errors occur, hopefully not too often!
If you notice any errors in your order please let us know straight away. We recommend opening kit/yarn pack immediately upon receiving them to make sure you have all of the correct shades. The longer you leave it the less likely we are to have the same dye lot. We can not replace any missing yarns 2 months after purchasing. It will be down to you to find the missing yarns.
