PERSIAN TILES PEPPERCORN - WEST YORKSHIRE SPINNERS 

Having recently recreated the original colourway using the wonderful yarns in the West Yorkshire Spinners Colourlab DK range, I decided to look to the Sandalwood version of the project to see if I could come up with a similar blanket using a wider range of beautiful natural yarns.

The Sandalwood version was inspired by a carpet design that I spotted on a trip to Mysore, an Indian city famous for products made for the wonderfully aromatic tree Sandalwood. The adaptation I’ve created using the West Yorkshire Spinners yarns is close to the Sandalwood ​colours but with its own unique twist.
